Enact - Strategy/Execution

Why Does Strategy Fail?

There are several reasons why strategy may not be implemented successfully. Specific causes vary. Enact specializes in indentifying these causes and can provide a diagnosis and plan of action that will yield powerful, long-term results for your company.

“Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter.
Try again. Fail again.
Fail better”.

Samuel Beckett

ENACT’s experience is that companies and organisations need to build a critical mass of like-minded influencers who share a common language and concrete examples. These influencers will play an ambassadorial role to disseminate the knowledge transfer or behaviours or communications that are required.

ENACT proposes to measure output and not activity: we follow up our diagnosis with regular measurement of how attitudes behaviours and results have changed.
